About Us

Who we are: Polonia z Jezusem, Inc. is a non-profit religious foundation registered in State of New Jersey with federal 501(c)3 tax exempt status.

Our objective: To reach the Polish Diaspora living in North America with the gospel by living authentic Christian lives, by being radically obedient to the commands of Jesus Christ and thereby influencing those living around us in the Polish Diaspora and beyond in our host countries to become obedient followers of Christ.

Project Summary:  It is our desire to create an open and neutral space in which we might be able to identify with Polish people living in North America through our common national identity as Poles living in the Diaspora and at the same time introduce them to Jesus Christ. We call our project “Polonia z Jezusem,” because the word Polonia is commonly understood as the name of the Polish Diaspora – those Poles living abroad. Secondly, we have connected our Polish identity as Poles living abroad with Jesus Christ.

We have already opened a dialogue with the Polish Diaspora through the use of the Internet and other social media such as Facebook, YouTube and “Nasza Klasa” (“Our Class,” a social network similar to Facebook) as means to allow Poles to experience and interact with the gospel through video testimonies, music, radio programs, and articles.

Our website was launched in June 2010 together with our weekly radio program on 910 AM – the only Polish Radio Station in Metro NY area  Currently we are broadcasting weekly radio show, "Realna Nadzieja" ( "Real Hope"), Christ centered broadcast every  other Sundary at 12pm on 910 AM station. Archived broadcasts are available on suppage "Audio".

Secondly, we organize local events, such as concerts, discussion groups, picnics, and seminars related to life issues, so that we can meet and interact with interested individuals providing an opportunity to share Christ relationally. In March 2012 we have hosted Christian author, Kitty Chappell whose book on forgiveness was published in the USA and translated in Poland: "I can forgive if I want to" ("Mogę wybaczyć jeśli tylko chcę ". Here is the photo album from the event, available on our page under "Galleria" ( "Gallery"):

The website we created have the video testimonies and profiles of the people who are linked to various locations where groups are meeting, such as New York, Chicago, and Toronto. Our meetings are conducted in a variety of venues, adding public space in addition to home Bible Studies (Polish Community Houses, coffee houses, etc.). The goal is to find “men of peace” (Luke 10:1-12) and disciple them, teaching them to obey all the commands of Christ and leading to the multiplication of disciples, leaders, groups and churches.
